  Ingredients and Preparation:
  Pork cheek, extra virgin olive oil, onion, garlic, brandy, salt and pepper.  Cooked on full heat before being bottled while still hot and sterilised in an autoclave.

  Serving Suggestions:
  Recommended for eating hot with its sauce, adding garnish if preferred.
